1. ELIGIBILITY: Keebler ^® Spookie Find the Stripes Sweepstakes(the "Sweepstakes" or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid email account as of the date of entry ("Eligible Entrants" or “Entrant”). Employees of Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, its promotion, advertising and internet agencies, including Administrator as defined below, and prize suppliers (and their respective employees, directors, officers and agents) (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and each member of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, where prohibited or where restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Administrator’s server shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER:The Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 1, 2026 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, Entrants will be directed to keeblerspookiesweeps.com and instructed to follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit the online entry form, which includes entering Entrant's first and last name and e-mail address as well as selecting a Prize Type (“Prize Type”) from among the six (6) options (see prize type table below in section 3). By selecting a Prize Type, you will be entering a random drawing for a chance to win that particular Prize Type and also be entered in a random drawing for a chance to win the Grand Prize.

Limit one (1) entry per household and/or per person/email address per Prize Type for a total of six (6) total entries. Additional Sweepstakes entries received from the same person or e-mail address beyond the limit stated above will be void; egregious or repeated violations may result in disqualification from Sweepstakes. Receipt of entries will be acknowledged and, such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to eligibility for the Sweepstakes nor is it otherwise binding upon Sponsor/Administrator . Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, garbled/undecipherable, inaccessible, blocked, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, or invalid entries, which will be disqualified.

Any attempt by any Entrant to enter by using multiple/different email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void such entries. Use of any automated or computer system to participate online is prohibited and will result in disqualification with all entries being declared void. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to conduct a background check (with entrant agreeing to consent to and otherwise fully cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives as to same) and to disqualify any entrant if, in its sole opinion, such entrant has committed or commits any act or was or becomes involved in any situation or occurrence which brings Sponsor, its Keebler brand (and/or any of its other brands) into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or which shocks, insults or offends the people of this nation or any class or group thereof or reflects unfavorably upon Sponsor, its Keebler brand (and/or any of its other brands). The preceding includes but is in no way limited to (a) criminal conduct and (b) having made/making any statement which disparages or denigrates the Keebler brand (and/or any other brand of Sponsor). Entrant understands and agrees that such decision by Sponsor is final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal, with Sponsor having no obligation to provide to entrant an explanation for such decision. Entrant further acknowledges and agrees that, if disqualified, Sponsor, Administrator and the other Released Parties will not have any liability to him/her under any legal theory.

3. WINNER SELECTION - RANDOM DRAWINGS. There will be one Random drawing for each Prize Type as well as one random drawing for the Grand Prize (see chart below). The random drawing for each Prize Type will consist of only eligible entries that selected the corresponding Prize Type. The random drawing for the Grand Prize will consist of all eligible entries regardless of Prize Type selected. The random drawings will be conducted on or about November 3, 2026, by the Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating thereto. Odds of winning depends upon the number of Eligible Entries received for a given random drawing during the Promotion Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Prize winners will be selected and contacted via email on or about November 3, 2026, by Administrator. All potential winners must reply within 48 hours after being contacted. If potential winner does not reply within this time frame, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from among remaining eligible entries received for applicable random drawing. Potential winner may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within an indicated period of time as a condition of prize award or the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from among remaining eligible entries received for applicable random drawing. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period (regardless of Prize Type selected). Odds of winning a specific Prize Type depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period selecting that Prize Type. Entrant is eligible to win one (1) Prize Type and the Grand Prize.

5. PRIZES:

Grand Prize:One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a VIP Experience to Nashville Zoo at Grassmere for the winner and up to three (3) guests. The VIP Experience includes general admission tickets for up to four (4) guests, one (1) premium, guided Backstage Pass Tour for up to four (4) guests, and Adventure Passes for up to four (4) guests. Adventure Passes include unlimited rides on the Wild Animal Carousel, Wilderness Express Train, Soaring Eagle Zip Line (subject to minimum height and maximum weight requirements; if rider is between 42 and 47 inches tall, adult accompaniment is required; weather permitting), and Adventure 4D Theater (two [2] films per day; includes multi-sensory effects such as bubbles, mist, scent, snow and wind). The Backstage Pass Tour is subject to availability based on the selected visit date. Nashville Zoo reserves the right to substitute components of the Backstage Pass Tour experience based on animal medical care and availability, weather, operational needs, or safety considerations. Backstage Pass Tour is rain or shine and may only be re-scheduled with at least two (2) days’ advanced notice. Backstage Pass Tour may include persons other than Grand Prize winner and guests. Additional restrictions apply include the prohibition of service animals and strollers as well as the absence of restroom facilities. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must be the Grand Prize winner or another guest of the Grand Prize winner. The prize also includes roundtrip, coach-class airfare for up to four (4) guests from a major U.S. airport nearest the winner’s residence to Nashville, Tennessee, and two (2) nights of hotel accommodations in a standard guest room in Nashville for up to four (4) guests. Grand Prize also includes a check in the amount of one Thousand Dollars ($1,000).

The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,260.

Secondary Prizes/Prize Type (1-6):There will be six (6) secondary Prizes (“Local Zoo Prize”) awarded. Each Local Zoo Prize winner will receive: a one-year family zoo membership for up to two (2) adults and four (4) children and a behind-the-scenes animal experience at the corresponding zoo (at corresponding zoo’s discretion at time of visit) See chart in section 3 with participating zoos. Zoo Membership good for the calendar year 2027 subject to corresponding zoo’s specific visitor schedule. Membership is subject to terms and conditions of applicable zoo. Without limitation, this includes ages constituting a “child;” restrictions on member’s access to zoo’s facilities; required procedures to activate membership and to claim/redeem membership benefits. At the end of the one-year period, membership will automatically terminate if not expressly renewed by winner. All unspecified expenses in conjunction with use of Local Zoo Prize are the Local Zoo Prize winner’s sole responsibility, including travel to and from the corresponding zoo. If Local Zoo Prize winner does not use or declines any part of the Local Zoo Prize, he/she will not receive any compensation or alternative prize.

The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Local Zoo Prize is $550.

TOTAL PRIZES ARV $7,560.00.

LIMIT ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE PER HOUSEHOLD AND/OR PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS AND/OR ONE (1) SECONDARY PRIZE PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD.

No cash substitute or alternate prize will be awarded.

Grand Prize trip must occur from January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027, or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blockout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Nashville Zoo at Grassmere is closed New Year’s Day (January 1, 2027), Thanksgiving Day (November 25, 2027) and Christmas Day (December 25, 2027). Travel dates are subject to Sponsor approval in their sole discretion. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. If Grand Prize Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guests, the Prize will be awarded to Grand Prize Winner in appropriate increments for him/herself and each participating Guest (if any) and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and no further or alternative compensation will be awarded. If Grand Prize Winner lives within reasonable driving distance of Nashville, TN (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), Sponsor will replace air travel with ground transportation between winner’s residence and Nashville (or, a stipend in an amount of Sponsor’s sole choosing to be used for ground transportation.) All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. All guests must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Grand Prize Winner. Each Guest of Grand Prize Winner (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) is subject to a potential background check and must sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to travel. If Guest is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must be either the Grand Prize Winner or another Guest of Grand Prize Winner. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Grand Prize Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. No frequent flyer miles, hotel award points or other “perks” are available in conjunction with Grand Prize travel. Zoo admission is subject to terms and conditions of zoo operator, which may include prohibition on re-sale or other use of zoo admissions by persons other than winner and guests; code of acceptable conduct for zoo attendees; venue restrictions such as items that are prohibited at the zoo (e.g., weapons), security screening, bag check policy, and restriction/prohibition on re-entry to zoo); zoo operator policy if zoo cannot operate as intended due to natural cataclysm, civil commotion, riot, strike, protest, governmental action, terrorist act (or threat of same) or other force majeure.

All parts of the prize are subject to availability and blockout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, and Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfillment processes and timelines for the prize, which may include but are not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfillment, or offering experiences and items of an equivalent or greater value.

Grand Prize will be terminated without liability to Released Parties if Sponsor determine in the sole discretion that Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest(s) are acting in an inappropriate, anti-social or otherwise unacceptable manner in conjunction with Grand Prize trip. If the violation is particularly egregious or blatant, Grand Prize may be terminated without warning or prior notice of any kind. In all cases, termination of Grand Prize will not represent the sole remedy available to Released Parties.

6. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Failure of winner to confirm prize acceptance within designated time period or if winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will result in prize forfeiture. In such case, an alternate potential winner may be selected from among remaining eligible entries received for the applicable random drawing. Prizes to be awarded "as is" and any and all warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturers'/suppliers’ terms; therefore, Winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer(s) / supplier(s) for any such warranty(s) and/or guarantee(s), if any. Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost or stolen Prizes, or any part thereof, or any issues arising out of or in connection with Winner's use of a Prize, or any part thereof. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the Prize. No prize transfer or cash redemption is permitted. No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (in whole or in part) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Except with Sponsor's written consent (which may be granted or withheld by Sponsor without liability of any kind), prize must be accepted as awarded. Any stated difference between the approximate retail value and actual value of prize (or any component thereof) or any substituted prize (or any component thereof) will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, all federal, state, or local taxes (if any) on the prize and any additional costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize that are not described herein as being awarded. Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form reflecting the value of the Grand Prize and any Local Zoo Prize won. Grand Prize winner agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor and Administrator to facilitate their compliance with such governmental reporting requirement, including by providing his/her Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number via IRS W9 Form. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties resulting from Entrant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes, or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Sweepstakes. No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Promotion: (a) hardware or software errors; (b) faulty computer, cable, satellite, network, cellular, electronic, Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; (c) errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless service providers, servers, hosts or other providers; (d) garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; (e) failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; (f) lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; (g) inaccessibility of the Website; (h) traffic congestion on the Internet or the Website; (i) unauthorized human or non-human intervention in the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; (j) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, distribution of, alteration of, Entry procedure, whether caused by the Entrant, or otherwise; (k) any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or otherwise; or (l) destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Promotion. The Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the uploading, the announcement of the prizes or any Promotion-related materials. Use of Website is at user’s own risk. The Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury, death or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to Entrant’s, or any other person's mobile phone resulting from participation in the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY PROMOTION RELATED WEBSITE AND/OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00). WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND FROM SPONSOR, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/GENERAL RULES: By entering, each Entrant agrees (a) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use in any manner (unless prohibited by law) Entrant's name, voice, likeness, photograph, nickname, city and state of residence and/or other indicia of Entrant’s identity, for advertising and/or trade and/or promotion and/or any other purpose now or hereafter known anywhere in the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to Entrant, or any third parties, except where prohibited by law; (b) to release the Released Parties from any and all liability and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to Entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to Entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (i) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize (ii) participation in or administration of this Sweepstakes; (iii) the exploitation of any of the rights granted herein; and (iv) any element of this Sweepstakes; (c) to assume all liability for any injury or damage related to (a) (i)-(iv); (d) to be bound by the Official Rules and the Administrator's decisions which are final; (e) to waive all rights to claim or collect punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages; (f) that all causes of action relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (g) that any and all claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys' fees; and (h) that New York law shall apply exclusively to the Sweepstakes and that any dispute with respect to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the County of New York, State of New York, regardless of conflict of law/choice of law provisions of New York or any other jurisdiction.

Released Parties are not responsible for (1) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, miscommunications, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether computer, software, hardware, network, technical, human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, Sweepstakes entries, or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or for any damage to Entrant's or other person's hardware or software (or mobile device) as a result of participation; (2) failed, incomplete, undeliverable, garbled, delayed, late, lost, misdirected, stolen, or any combination thereof, entries, prize notifications or prize claims; (3) damage to Entrant's or any person's mobile device or the contents thereof; (4) any condition caused by events that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; or (5) any inability of any winner to accept prize(s). Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or whose conduct potentially compromised the Sweepstakes, who attempt to defraud Sponsor/Administrator in conjunction with entry or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Administrator will be disqualified and all associated Sweepstakes entries will be void. Every submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the Entrant and repetitive, automated electronic submission of Sweepstakes entries is specifically disallowed. Use of automated entry software or programs is prohibited and entry through any such means is void.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or errors, viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or any or other similar causes or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs or compromises the administration, security, integrity or fairness of the Sweepstakes (or portions thereof), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and limit entries for affected Prize Type random drawing(s) (and the Grand Prize random drawing) to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled or terminated, notice will be posted online at keeblerspookiesweeps.com and Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award the Prize Type(s) for affected Prize Type random drawing(s) and the Grand Prize in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate, and consistent with these Official Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.

In the event a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive a prize, an entry will be deemed made by the "authorized e-mail account holder" of the e-mail address submitted on the online entry form. "Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor/Administrator with proof that the Entrant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address in question. Any damage made to any Sweepstakes-related website by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted on the online entry form that is associated with the damage in question. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods of participation) may be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor/Administrator. Sponsor/Administrator reserve the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules; and, in such event, the culpable individual will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. If an Entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if Sponsor and/or Administrator suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, user IDs, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the Entrant will be declared null and void and, in such event, the culpable individual will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s/Administrator’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.
